Back amongst the goals for Brentford: hat-trick on Saturday makes it 10 goals in his last 9 league games. 14 goals in all this season.

    Clean sheets are far more important than scoring goals, aren’t they? That’s what football is all about today.

    He didn’t suit Peter Taylor’s way of playing. So out he went through Taylor’s revolving door.

    @Terraceman, I’m not sure about that, he was one of many Brian Little signings that went downhill, particularly in terms of fitness.

    Taylor brought in some good strikers afterwards to get us out of Division Three – Burgess, Allsopp, Forrester, Walters.
